Prior to his role in Rainbow Debt Capital, Mr. Javetz has acted as Managing Director and General Counsel of EDR Capital, a private equity investment firm specializing in the acquisition, investment and management of real estate assets across Western and Northern Europe and the United States, with aggregate transaction volume exceeding $3 billion.

 

Before joining EDR Capital, Mr. Javetz served as Vice President and General Counsel of Delek Global Real Estate Group (DGRE), a former London Stock Exchange (AIM) listed real estate investment company with a balance sheet of approximately £5.5 billion, including more than £2 billion of assets in the United Kingdom. During more than eight years with DGRE, he gained extensive and diversified experience and built a strong transaction history across real estate, financing, international corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, leading and managing numerous complex transactions and strategic projects.

 

Prior to joining DGRE, Mr. Javetz served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of a group of entrepreneurial ventures in the consumer electronics retail sector. Earlier in his career, Mr. Javetz was an associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, one of Israel's leading law firms, where he focused on project finance and commercial litigation.

 

Mr. Javetz holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Business Administration, both with honours, from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
