Prior to co-founding Rainbow Debt Capital, in the past decade, Mr. Rabinovitz has been the founder and managing partner of EDR Capital, a private equity investment firm specializing in the acquisition, investment and management of real estate assets across Western and Northern Europe and the United States, with aggregate transaction volume exceeding $3 billion.

 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Rabinovitz served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Delek Global Real Estate Group (DGRE), a former London Stock Exchange (AIM) listed real estate investment company with a balance sheet of approximately £5.5 billion, including more than £2 billion of assets in the United Kingdom.

 

During his tenure at DGRE, Mr. Rabinovitz led numerous value-creating real estate and financing transactions across Europe, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany and Finland, as well as North America.

 

Prior to that, Mr. Rabinovitz held senior positions with El-Ad Group, Deutsche Bank New York, PricewaterhouseCoopers New York and Ernst & Young, where he gained extensive experience in real estate investment, finance, capital markets and corporate transactions.

 

Mr. Rabinovitz is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University, as well as an MBA with honours from the university of New York.
