Formerly a Senior Director at Bank Hapoalim, Israel's largest banking group, Mr. Haddad headed the Bank's international financing activities, corporate M&A division, leveraged finance business and real estate financing activities outside Israel through the Bank's subsidiaries in Europe and the United States, managing a loan portfolio exceeding $5 billion.

 

In this capacity, Mr. Haddad oversaw many of the Bank's most significant Israel-related M&A and real estate transactions in recent years. Under his leadership, the Bank delivered complex and bespoke financing solutions encompassing senior and junior debt, syndicated loans, foreign exchange, equity and a broad range of additional financial products and solutions.

 

Mr. Haddad holds a B.A. in Economics and Management and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from The College of Management Academic Studies, Israel.
